This fun and easy Pumpkin Vanilla Cheesecake Mini Trifle recipe uses everyday kitchen staples to create a delicious dessert or snack your family will love. You can easily find all of the ingredients to make this dessert at your local grocery store.

All you need is:

  • some pumpkin puree
  • block cream cheese
  • sugar
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • milk
  • a few graham crackers
  • ground cinnamon
  • whipped topping

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar.

Mix in instant vanilla pudding and milk.

The mixture should be slightly thick.

Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag.

Place some graham cracker crumbs into each mini trifle.

Fill pastry piping bags with the cream cheese mixture and a separate bag with the pumpkin puree.

Top off with some whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  • About 7 minutes to mix together the cream cheese layer
