This quick and easy Pumpkin Pie Milkshake recipe uses everyday kitchen staples to create a delicious snack your family will love.

All you need is:

  • pumpkin pie (only 1 piece)
  • vanilla ice cream
  • whole milk 
  • vanilla syrup
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • whipped cream 
  • sprinkles

Place the slice of pumpkin pie, ice cream, milk, vanilla syrup, sugar, and cinnamon in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

This Milkshake recipe takes approximately 10 minutes. TOTAL.

This includes:

  • About 5 minutes of prep time
  • Close to 3 minutes to blend all of the ingredients
  • Around 2 minutes to garnish your milkshake with yummy whipped cream and sprinkles

This Milkshake goes well with a wide variety of snacks.

Some of my personal favorites include:

  • Cinnamon Rolls covered with Cream Cheese Icing

HOW CAN I MAKE THE PUMPKIN PIE MILKSHAKE HEALTHIER? 

You can make this Milkshake healthier by using low sugar ice cream, almond milk instead of whole milk, and pumpkin puree instead of pumpkin pie.

CAN I USE CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE INSTEAD OF PUMPKIN PIE?

Yes, you can use canned pumpkin puree in this recipe instead of pumpkin pie.

Try using about ½ cup of canned pumpkin, make sure to add some extra sugar.

As for the taste, however, in my opinion, nothing beats using the real deal pumpkin pie in this smoothie.

WHAT ELSE CAN I ADD TO THIS PUMPKIN PIE MILKSHAKE RECIPE?

This simple Pumpkin Pie Milkshake recipe not only tastes great, but it’s also incredibly versatile.

Try adding chocolate chips, protein powder, and drizzling caramel sauce over the top. YUM!

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake, a creamy milkshake filled with pumpkin pie, vanilla ice cream, vanilla syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon, and topped with whipped topping

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of Pumpkin pie, crust included
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk, you can substitute skim, or 1 %, or Soy or Almond
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Whipped cream to top
  • Sprinkles of your choice, we used fall colors
  • 1 small piece of pumpkin pie and leaves made from pie crust for additional garnish, Optional

Instructions

  1. Place the slice of pumpkin pie, ice cream, milk, vanilla syrup, sugar, and cinnamon in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the Milkshake into a coffee mug, and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, a small piece of pumpkin pie, and pie crust leaves.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes 1 12 ounce Milkshake.  You'll want to multiply the amounts according to the amount you need to serve.
