We don't have any Publix near us, so sadly, I won't be able to take advantage of those discounts. Nevertheless, I think your tips to stay healthy this 2018 is really good. I will have to up my salad intake. More fiber in my diet means better gut health!

That is one of my goals for 2018. To drink more tea than coffee. I hope I can accomplish this. It does seem easy! I will shop around for great tasting teas to help me make the switch a little easier.

I like that the changes are manageable. I'd like to start tweaking a few things too. I was just thinking about that while shopping last week (ironically, at Publix). We are in a rut and eating the same things. I'd like to add more fruits and veggies to mix things up.
