My Pledge to Close My Nutritional Gap

New Year New Me!

I’m a mom to 3 beautiful kids, and I’m so blessed to have them in my life.  However,  as most moms know, we tend to forget about taking care of ourselves!  We make sure our kids eat healthily and get plenty of sleep, but do we do take the same advice? No, I don’t, and I’m very honest in that!  I need to get it together and think about my health now.
