Are you up for a delicious, smooth, freshly-brewed cup of java? May I suggest Mash-Up Coffee, a specialty-grade coffee? According to Mash-Up’s company, “Mash-Up is about the art and science of fusing single origin beans to create one new, delicious coffee.” And, may I say, they succeeded! And, what I’m really loving is that Mash-Up Coffee is organic!
I’m a big coffee drinker. I’ve been drinking since I was an early teen, so I’d say I have some experience. And, I really love Mash-Up Coffee. It’s smooth, not bitter, and has a wonderful, rich flavor.
It’s A Great Coffee For So Many Reasons
Mash-Up Coffee is being launched by Boyer’s Coffee, which is a family-owned company that has been roasting coffee since 1965 (so they have quite a bit of experience, too). And, guess what! They’re going to sell Mash-Up Coffee exclusively at Wal-Mart!!! (Can I just plug-in here that I love how Wal-Mart is getting on the organic bandwagon more and more?!) And, the suggested retail price of Mash-Up Coffee is $6.98, which, in my opinion, is a great price for organic coffee. Not forgetting that leftover coffee grounds are perfect for fertilizing indoor and outdoor plants around the garden.
To make the customer experience even better, there is a code on the Mash-Up packaging so you can use your smartphone camera to find out helpful consumer info, including the best way to brew the particular beans you’re interested in, food pairing recommendations, recipes, bean info (including their flavor specifics) and more!
I had the opportunity to try the following (information taken from packages):
- Columbia + Sumatra – a medium-roast coffee – sweet, nutty and “brown spice”;
- Costa Rica + Honduras – a medium-roast coffee – “dark chocolate, citrus and dried plum with rich and creamy balanced acidity” (from package); and
- Sumatra + Peru – a dark-roast coffee – “bold and smoky with sweet stone fruits, chocolate and floral tones.”
“Wow! All I can say is, “Delicious!!” You can brew it in your Jura Ena 7 and enjoy your coffee quickly. They all make a wonderful cup of coffee to wake up to and will be a great way to help start your day off!”
Coffee Makes A Great Gift!
Christmas is coming up and these would make a great gift!! I’m thinking these would be great to give to teachers, neighbors, family, and friends. And, it’s a very inexpensive gift to give! Tie a bow on it and you’re done. If you want to go the extra mile, create a coffee-themed gift basket, with a few bags of coffee, some biscotti cookies, and a box of coffee filters (or a reusable filter).
