Mallary Hope Inspires Others with ‘Me’

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post, but all opinions expressed here are mine.

“‘Me’ is a special reminder, even for myself, that I don’t have to change who I am or conform to the world to fit in. I am loved and am enough just the way I am. It’s easy to forget the beauty God created us for. I want this song to remind people of that beauty and to feel encouraged that ‘it’s okay to be me.’” – Mallary Hope

Today I’m excited to feature a video from Mallary Hope that is meant to inspire everyone to be happy and confident with who they are. In today’s world where so many people “live” on social media and seem to use filters to hide beyond fake photos that hide their imperfections, it’s no wonder more and more of us are suffering from self-confidence issues. Social media has given people an outlet to showcase their best and happiest moments in life, neglecting to showcase their real-life world where things aren’t’ always that happy.

While I personally love seeing everyone who shares their happy moments, I also know that even the happiest looking people have their own troubles and stress going on. I believe it’s important that we all hear Mallary Hope’s ME video and try our best to be good enough just the way we are. Since this is so important to me that you love yourself and feel confident in your own skin, I’m sharing three tips to help inspire you to feel great, and be confident being YOU.

Three Ways to be Comfortable Being You

Do Things that Make you Happy

The number one way to feel comfortable in your own skin is to do things that make you feel happy. People who feel happier in life tend to be more confident and able to radiate beauty, without filters. In addition to doing things that make you happy, be okay with saying no to things that don’t fuel happiness.

Learn to Love your Imperfections

One of our biggest flaws is that we have grown up feeling like our freckles are ugly or our muffin top makes us ugly, these are all physical imperfections that don’t make or break our real internal beauty. In order to feel more comfortable being yourself, you need to learn to love those physical imperfections, focus on what you love about your body instead of what you don’t like.

Embrace your own Uniqueness

The beauty of the world is that we are all different and have our own unique traits that make the world a beautiful place. Learn to embrace what makes you unique instead of thinking that it makes you less than worthy of respect, admiration or common courtesy. Start to love your own uniqueness because it makes you who you are and you are amazing.

I invite you to check out Mallary Hope’s video ‘Me’ to be inspired to love who you are from your eyes to your toes and deep within your soul.

Mallary wants to encourage her fans to be comfortable with who they are. That’s why she is inviting those who resonate with the message of “Me” to share their own stories of overcoming by uploading their personal videos by Friday, March 15th. (See instructions on the promo page.) The videos will then have a chance of being included in her upcoming music video for the song.

I love the message here. We need to do more of what makes us happy and embrace every part of us.

I used to think that I should always conform to what people expect of me but then I learned differently in a hard way. I think it is important to value ourselves at all times.

It is so important to embrace the person that is you. You need to love the good and imperfect and realize they are all part of the person you are.
