Holman Ranch- Where the Past is Always Present
The moment we headed up the hill to Holman Ranch I knew I was going to love it there. I did! It was beautiful and cozy but still so refined. If I weren’t already married, I would want my wedding to be at the Holman Ranch. Let me tell you why…The view is just AMAZING! Just think of all the beautiful pictures that can be created on your wedding day there. My breath was taken away plus all the clean air around me just took over. I felt at peace and what a wonderful feeling that is.
Holman Ranch makes it all about YOU! They will make the space all yours- no other wedding parties in your way or other guests. It is all you and your guests. It is your event, your style, and your vendors. Every bite and drink is your choice, and they even waive the corkage fee!
Enjoy the beautiful Rose Patio (that can seat 200) for a perfect setting for a dinner and reception. The fragrant roses are so beautiful.
At the Ceremony Veranda is where the Wedding Magic happens! There is a spacious lawn right before that can seat 200+. You can overlook the panoramic mountain that Carmel Valley offers. When I was here, I felt like the sun was shining just on this area. Before we got to the ranch, it was cloudy but up there in the hills it was all sunny! The inside event spaces are just as amazing:
The Great Room is filled with so much history. Classic California architecture with beautiful terra-cotta tiles that overlooks the garden. This would be a fantastic place to lounge by the fire and enjoy some wine. All around is history- some special guests have stayed at the Holman Ranch.
The Game Room is where the MEN like to hang out. There is a pool table, games, dart board, plasma TV and a bar!
There is also a Chapel which is just breath-taking.
Now remember when you book your wedding or any special event at Holman Ranch- it is ALL yours. No sharing with anyone else. There is a Bride’s Room that has all the bridal party needs. Plus if you want to dance or have a sit down elegant dinner, then please do so in the Carriage House.
Make sure you enjoy the estate- grown wine at Holman Ranch. I’m not a wine drinker, but I had three glasses of their Pinot Noir, and we bought some to take home since I fell in love with the smoothness. They have Wine Tasting Room that you need to check in first before you head up to Ranch so you might want to take a few minutes to enjoy some Holman Ranch wine.
