I Have Some Great Gifts For The Doodler In Your Life
I absolutely love to doodle! Whether I'm drawing little creatures, letters, or just some designs, it makes me happy. I am certainly not talented, but if it takes away stress, why not, right? If you have a doodler in your life and are looking for a great gift, I have two informative books! The Art of Doodle Words: Turn Your Everyday Doodles into Cute Hand Lettering (by Sarah Alberto), and Kawaii Doodle Cuties: Sketching Super-Cute Stuff from around the World (by Zainab Khan). These books are so awesome! They show you step by step on how to draw all kinds of cute things. They even have certain drawings specific to their countries.
The Art of Doodle Words: Turn Your Everyday Doodles into Cute Hand Lettering (by Sarah Alberto)
This book gives you tons of examples of lettering and cute ways to make them. One example would be to add flowers in pots to the word “grow”. I had no idea that there were so many ways to make letters! There are block-like letters, calligraphy, balloon, scary, drippy, and so many more! I definitely couldn't list even half of them. My sister is an artist and she is going to love this book. I just might have to give it to her for Christmas because I know she would use it. She is always looking for creative ways to enhance her drawings.
This amazing book will keep any doodler busy for hours! It shows very easy steps to make little creatures or just cute faces onto something like a mountain. That is what I chose to draw and I did take a picture of it, but please be gentle! As I said earlier, I certainly don't consider myself talented, but it makes me happy so I do it. If you are looking for a new hobby to pick up, please get these books. You will be so very happy that you did. If you can draw a simple stick person, then you can follow the steps in each of the books. You will have a blast!
