Hallmark Channel’s “Christmas Connection” Premiering this Sunday, Dec 17th at 8pm/7c! #ChristmasConnection

One of the best parts about the holiday season is curling up with the family and watching holiday-themed movies and shows. There’s just something about them that gets me into the spirit of the season’s festivities.

Of course, Hallmark Channel never fails to amaze me. During this time of the year, it’s pretty much the only channel that plays on our TV. I appreciate all of their heartfelt, Christmas-theme movies and I know my kids feel the same. (Psst: So does my husband, but you didn’t hear it from me!)

Sunday-Night In

This weekend, our schedule is filled to the brim (no surprise there). I mean, it’s the holidays so we’ve got gifts to buy, menus to plan out, and family to visit.

Among the hustle and bustle of it all, we’ve decided that this Sunday would be down time for us. As a family, we’ve agreed to popping popcorn, making hot cocoa, and watching some holiday movies together.

These family plans couldn’t have come at a better time. This Sunday, December 17th at 8pm/7c, Hallmark Channel’s newest holiday flick, Christmas Connection, makes its airtime debut!

I’ve been looking forward to this one because it seems to be full of love, life, and holiday cheer. Starring Brooke Burns and Tom Everett Scott, Christmas Connection follows the story of a flight attendant and a series of holiday surprises:

Flight attendant Sydney is tasked with looking after Leah, an unaccompanied minor. After Leah is safely delivered to her father, Jonathan, Sydney finds a package Leah left behind and delivers it to Leah. She missed her connection, and Jonathan invites her to spend the holidays with them.

If you’re lucky enough to have Hallmark Channel, then you should definitely tune in this Sunday! In fact, if you visit Hallmark Channel online, you can find out information on all of their holiday movies and predict their top movies with their #CountdowntoChristmas Fantasy Game.

Despite a busy schedule, one thing’s for sure: the holidays always come down to the family. So set aside those lists, crazy schedules, and all the stress. You’ve got all you need with your loved ones.

So, tell me: what do the holidays mean to you? Let me know in the comments below!
