Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” – John 4:13-14 (NIV)
So, who’s ready for another family-friendly movie that everyone is sure to enjoy?
We’re here today to talk about an incredible movie called “Nothing is Impossible,” streaming exclusively on Pure Flux! Throughout this month we’ve covered quite a few movies that Pure Flix has to offer.
Now it’s time to dive into yet another fantastic addition to their catalog of films.
“Nothing is Impossible” is a movie that focuses on what it means to trust in the timing of God. To understand how that feeling approaches when our deepest desires seem to be fulfilled just like we hoped they would.
There are times when we should lean towards trusting God, who has a plan for our life.
This is one of the many focal points that this film focuses on. What makes the views of this film so special is that it provides a reminder that our past failures don’t define us. Something that we tend to forget sometimes, but we’re all human.
Essentially the movie emphasizes the importance of forgiving ourselves and forgiving others for past mistakes.

Here’s a quick take on what “Nothing is Impossible” is all about:
When an NBA team suddenly announces open tryouts, down on his luck, Scott Beck gets a second chance at his dream career of being an NBA player. Will he make the team?
After much loss, pain, and regret, Scott Beck begins to seriously doubt his trials and tribulations are worth it. Take a center-court seat to a journey of transformation as Scott Beck gets a second chance at life and love. Can he let go of past pains and open himself to God’s purpose? Or will new challenges keep him from the future he always hoped for?
This movie was well put together with a cast lineup of a start you may be familiar with already. Here are just a few of the cast members:
- David A.R. White, Scott Beck (“Love on the Rock,” “God’s Not Dead,” “Revelation Road”)
- Nadia Bjorlin, Ryan Aikens (“Days of Our Lives”)
- Harry Lennix, Coach Russell Banks (“The Blacklist,” “Justice League,” “Transformers,” “Batman v. Superman”)
- Steven Bauer, Archie Touraine (“Love on the Rock,” “Better Call Saul”)
- And Many More!
Bringing the family together to watch this film is practically a must, especially if kids are around. The lessons of life and faith in God that this movie features would be great for kids to take in.
Whether you’re young or older in age, life will always throw struggles you way.
It’s simply something that can’t be avoided.
Like Scott Beck, we all have to deal with setbacks, but through those setbacks, it’s important to remember that giving up should never be an option.
God will always be in our corner for us to lean on, and for us to have faith in.
Watching this movie lends a hand in understanding many means of what having faith really pertains to.
Dreams and aspirations, with prayer and discernment, can be messages from God on what our lives are supposed to be. Scott has to learn that fearing failure does more harm than good. In order to move forward, he has to forgive himself!
