We traded in my Caravan last summer (it was at over 240,000 miles and really starting to have problems) and my husband insisted on downsizing my vehicle. While I do really like my Mazda 5, you have no idea how much I MISS my Caravan. The amount of room was perfect for me. I am involved in animal rescue and am a volunteer rescue transport driver (there have been times when I put 1000 miles on my Caravan in a single week). I really love the stow-and-go seating (my Mazda has fold-down seats, but they give very little room when compared to what i had with the Caravan. I had another Caravan and a Voyager before the most recent one, and each one was driven like crazy. When my youngest went to Arizona for school, she drove her dog in her little sports car and I had ALL her stuff in my Caravan. You would not believe how much I was able to get into that vehicle. I wish I could win one, and then my husband could drive the Mazda and we'd both be happy. I miss having room for 7 people or for trips, 4 people and tons of luggage. My girls and I started going to anime conventions back in 2002. Now it's just my middle daughter and me, and since she sells her art and books at these events, plus cosplays so she has costumes to transport, too, we still have room for everything.
