Very EASY!!  It took less than 5 minutes to get this up, and questions answered. Oh my, that was such an incredible experience that took no time at all, and I got my questions answered about my husband’s burn.  We were told what to get at the pharmacy and how to apply the ointment and the bandage.  Also, we made a follow-up appointment in 3 days so Dr. Yalden could see how the burn was healing.  We didn’t have to go into a medical office at all! 

It was so smooth, and I wish I had this when my kids were little.  I hated going to the doctor with children.  Going to the doctor’s office, there is always traffic and the parking is horrible, too. Plus the price is within our budget too!
