As a working mother, I need my sleep. If I have a restless night, my whole day is shot. I end up drinking more coffee to stay awake, but then have another restless night due to the extra caffeine. It’s a vicious cycle that ends up making me feel worn down and stressed. Fortunately, sleepless nights should be in my past. I’ve discovered a couple tips that will help me (and you) get a good night’s rest.
Limit the Caffeine
If you’ve had a restless night, don’t exacerbate the problem by drinking coffee all day long. It will only cause you to have more restless nights. Instead, limit your caffeine intake. If you’re used to having only one cup of coffee a day, then stick to that single cup. If you still want the comfort of holding that warm cup of coffee, try making some decaf for that second cup.
You might not feel like exercising after a restless night, but hitting the gym after work will help you burn some energy so that you’re ready for bed. Even if you spend only 30 minutes at the gym, your body will be ready to relax and get rest after.
Use a Sleep Aid
Even after liming caffeine and working off some energy, you might still find yourself staring at your bedroom ceiling. If this is the case, you might want to try using a sleep aid. A sleep aid will take the edge off so that you can actually get a good night’s rest. If you’re looking for a sleep aid that actually works, try reBloom. reBloom is a natural sleep drink that will really help you get a good night’s rest. An added bonus is that it’s made with all-natural ingredients so you know it’s good for you.

Sleep should be simple. Easy as that. Unfortunately, life is pretty good at getting in the way. Between late nights in the office, early morning workouts, weekend drinks, and the like, painfully frequent sleepless nights seem to be inevitable.
Here at reBloom, we know those nights as well as anybody. But, convinced that finding a solution for better sleep should be nothing to lose (more) sleep over, we made it our business to find a remedy to the problem. We wanted to create a product that wouldn’t just promise a good night’s sleep every evening, but would follow through; a product that we’d be just as confident entrusting our own nights too as we would be when asking our customers to do the same; a product that would help us rest and recharge night after night, and rise and re-bloom day after day.
