Tigger is playful, funny and curious. With his bright and bubbly personality, I was so inclined to create this Tigger-Inspired Cupcakes. I also made it with the upcoming Christopher Robin movie in mind.

Tigger Inspired Cupcakes

The first thing I think of when someone mentions “Tigger” is how he bounces around everywhere. My cupcakes reflect exactly this: Tigger’s tail bouncing around the Hundred Acre Wood.

Working with fondant is not as hard as you may suspect. For these Tigger tails, I ensured that I covered my fingers with cornstarch to avoid any stickiness. Also, the tails don’t have to be uniform at all. What’s fun about Tigger is that he’s bouncing around everywhere – without rhyme or reason!
