The idea behind Restore balm was to create plant-based hypoallergenic skin care products provided to the consumer in environmentally friendly packages. The balm is made of plant based products. Restore was created by Dr. Heather D. Rogers a board certified dermatologist. She Sanford University, University of Washington School of Medicine, and the Columbia University Medical Center for her dermatology residency. She owns a dermatology practice, Modern Dermatology, in Seattle and of course is the creator of Doctor Rogers Restore.
A Safe Product
Restore has been through many tests in order to be placed on shelves. The challenge test proved that the formula prevented the growth of certain fungus and bacteria. The repeat insult patch test resulted in no allergic reactions and it also caused no eye irritation. These along with ingredient testing has proven that this product remains stable in all conditions and is great for use on all body types.
How to use Restore
The great thing about Restore healing balm is the ability to use it on basically everything. Restore can can be used on dry skin such as chapped lips or eczema; post procedure healing from skin surgeries, on cuts, scrapes, burns, and diaper cream or as gloss, eyebrow shape or to tame flyways.

Restore, so far, has been used on multiple surfaces in my house. Everything from my lips and hands to my husbands hands. I have noticed a big difference in smoothness and moisture since we have been using Restore and its an added bonus that I know that it is safe for my kids to use. Knowing exactly what is inside the product is a major plus in my books.
