Do you like serving foods good for your family? Do you like to save time and not spend all morning in the kitchen? If you and your family like cereals you should really try Nature’s Path. They are a Canadian company that makes good food that tastes good and is good for you.  I tried three kinds of their cereals and boy are they tasty!

First I tried Nature’s Path Organic Heritage Flakes. They contain ancient grains:Kamut, Khorasan Wheat, pats, Spelt, Barley, Millet, and Quinoa. It was crunchy with milk but the taste was a bit plain. I added fresh blackberries and it was really good. I don’t add sugar to my cereals so I think the sweet blackberries took care of that for me. These are also Gluten free.

Next, I tried the Qi’a Coconut Chia Superflakes. These are Gluten free and made of sprouted grains. These were delicious with just milk and nothing added. I actually munched on these plain with no milk for snack.  The large flakes of coconut add a delicious sweet taste to the cereal.

Last I tried the Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla cereal. Made of corn, rice, flax, quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth. Also Gluten free. This cereal had a good crunch even after milk was added and they had enough sweet taste that I didn’t add anything to them. Although banana or strawberries would be a great addition.

In my opinion, all of these cereals are good tasting and good for you. They contain lots of fiber. They are all organic and Gluten free. They are all low fat and contain whole grains. I felt good feeding this to my family. We all need to eat better and this is a good way to start the day. We all had energy to power through our day and we enjoyed the product. They are available at most mass grocery stores and dept stores that house groceries. You can also order from Amazon and their website.
