Heal Your Body with Butcher’s Bone Broth by Roli Roti

I have always enjoyed sipping hot soups, stews and broths. There’s something about a warm, tasty liquid that just fills the soul. Bone broths have become very popular for its healing properties. It is a food that has a high concentration of minerals, anti-inflammatory amino acids, and the gut-healing proteins, collagen and gelatin. Butcher’s Bone Broth is a brand I’ve recently sipped on.

It’s a fresh (never frozen) organic bone broth created by Roli Roti — a San Francisco Bay Area-based food truck company led by Thomas Odermatt, a master butcher from Switzerland. Butcher’s Bone Broth is the leading fresh organic bone broth and only has three ingredients: organic bones, organic carrots, and filtered water. As the only organic fresh bone broth on the market, it has no preservatives, flavorings, or added salt.

Perfect for the Keto’s, low-carb’s, gluten free’s and/or Paleo’s in your life. Packed with amino acids, glucosamine, and collagen, Butcher’s Bone Broth has a natural gelatin-like texture which makes for the perfect, jiggly bone broth – the way they should be.

The bones for this fresh broth are slow-roasted which creates deep layers of flavor, evident from the very first taste. You can cook with this delicious broth as well as enjoy it on its own. Add it to soups and stews or partake in a bone broth diet plan and solely drink it for a few days. Bone broth is very gentle to the digestive system and will nourish your body on a cellular level. More benefits of bone broth include: protecting joints; maintaining healthy skin; supporting the immune system; aiding the metabolism; and boosting detoxification.

I recently bought this bone broth and froze it. But now the container is bulging. Is that normal? It has not expired yet but I'm worried that somehow it got contaminated. I put it in the freezer the minute I got home from the grocery store (which is right across the street from my house). Can anyone confirm if the broth is still ok to use?
