Summer time is crazy at my house because my kids are at home this summer, they are too old for camp and too young to work. They need to do something though plus I can’t be making all their snacks for them all day because I have work to do too. I went on the hunt for easy snack recipes that my teens could make on their own this summer.  It is time for them to step up their game in the kitchen.  They are tired of just sandwiches they want something that is MORE THAN A SANDWICH.

I found the perfect snack recipe Ham, Boursin & Swiss Sliders from Buddig.com and they fell in love with them we made them together today.

The sauce that goes over the rolls:

Ready to cook:

Carl Buddig & Company is a family owned company that knows a thing or two about families. They create lunch meats designed to make life easier and more delicious for families across the nation. I grew up on Budding meats.  I remember my mom loading our grocery cart up with Buddig meats.  So with a little creativity, you can make a whole lot more than a sandwich because I know we made meals out of Buddig. We can always make moments to remember when we are with our family.  For example, we can make lunches together then sit outside and enjoy our lunch on the patio or better yet walk to the park and have a picnic.  It is the time, not how much time it is but the quality, not quantity. We take advantage when we are all home.

Buddig Premium Deli offers families premium deli meats without the premium price (offered in 8 oz. and 1 lb. options). Have you seen the price of Deli meat these days?  I wanted a pound of Roast Beef for French Dips, and the guys tell me “that will be $11.99 per pound” and ” oh my, nevermind” is what I said to him. I know Buddig Premium meats deliver premium taste and wholesome freshness in six tasting varieties:

  • Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
  • Black Forest Ham
  • Smoked Ham
  • Smoked Honey Ham
  • Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • Rotisserie-Flavored Chicken Breast

All Buddig Premium Deli meats are lean, high-quality deli meat with all natural spices that provide an excellent source of protein, are gluten free, contain no MSGs and 0g trans fat per serving.  Also,  Buddig Premium Deli has lower sodium compared to competitors (420mg vs. 500mg+)
