Daily Skincare Routine
Skincare is essential, and I highly recommend having a daily beauty routine. However, you don’t have to buy all those high priced lotions or creams; you can use Essential Oils. Here is a breakdown of some of the essential oils that will work very well into your routine.
- Do you have Acne Issues? I hate those little pimples that just appear for no reason so when that happens, I grab TEA TREE Oil. This oil will naturally fight the acne-causing bacteria. Also, it works on nail fungus and dandruff, so you can see this a beauty essential indeed!
- So after cleaning your skin then why not add fight the dullness you might have with ROSEHIP Oil. This oil will help brighten up your face, take away the dull look you might have going on.
- I’m in my 40’s so I need Anti-Aging oils to help me fight the clock! That is when FRANKINCENSE Oil comes in handy! Helps tighten, encourage skin cell turnover, controls skin oils too!
- When my hair is looking dry, I grab some ARGAN Oil and moisturize the heck out of my hair. This oil is full of moisturizing vitamins and fatty acids.
- I like when my hair grows, but sometimes it needs some help so I will dab on some YLANG-YLANG Oil to keep my hair long and healthy.
Side note: if oils say don’t put directly on skin then add to coconut, olive, jojoba oils, and it should be all good!
