Chicken Tortilla Soup – this unique soup is made with tender chicken, flavorful roasted corn, diced tomatoes, Monterey jack cheese, and jalapenos. This is one my favorites.
Coconut Lentil Soup – robustly vegetarian lentil soup with a mild coconut curry broth. Which is a delicious combination.
Ancient Grain Minestrone Soup – classic minestrone, just like your granny used to make, with an ancient twist. Farro, quinoa, and barley make this a hearty, stick to your ribs treat.
Savory Harvest Bisque – sweet butternut squash and carrots are pureed with ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. While finishing this delicious soup with diced apples, sweet potatoes and a hint of rosemary.
Tomato Bisque – ripe tomatoes and a creamy mix of milk, butter and spices are gently simmered to create this delicious and hearty bisque.
Vegetarian Chili – this is my husband’s favorite. Hearty black beans, onions, and red bell peppers are simmered in a rich vegetable stock with a hint of spice.
