9 pieces of bacon

9 stalks of asparagus

Balsamic vinegar

Yields: 3 servings

Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Wrap each asparagus stalk with one piece of bacon. I suggest to wrap it on an angle, to cover as much of the asparagus as possible.

Bake wrapped asparagus for 15-20 minutes, flip, and then bake for another 10-15 minutes. Once time is up, broil asparagus for 5-10 minutes or until bacon is cooked and crispy.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Pour balsamic vinegar over asparagus and serve.

Okay, here we have it. Here is one of my dishes that is the ultimate dinner party hit: bacon-wrapped asparagus. How good is it to have a recipe that only consists of 3 ingredients but is packed with so much flavor?

You would think that something this delicious required more attention and preparation. But you know what? This is one of the easiest things I’ve ever prepared.

When it comes to throwing parties, I am all about appetizers and side dishes. My bacon-wrapped asparagus is good for both!
