Cozy up this holiday season with e-book “Glad to Be Dad: A Call to Fatherhood” by Tim J. Myers. A must read for all aspiring and seasoned parents, especially fathers. This hilarious and poignant e-book will console, challenge and remind you that to be a good parent, one must be present, forgiving and kind to oneself. It’s told from a great perspective and full of wisdom, magic and inspiration. The e-book is a realistic look at parenting and marriage, so it’s filled with many stories and humor. We all know how crazy family life can be, but it’s often filled with much joy and laughter, in the present and in retrospect.
Glad to Be Dad
After staying home with his two sons for a year and his daughter since her infancy, author Tim Myers knows all about being a stay-at-home parent. He knows all about the most effective cleaning products and which snacks to buy. Myers has experienced first-hand the profound influence fathers have on their children and the challenges of being a committed parent. By recounting personal experiences, Myers offers honest, sincere opinions, including quizzes for fatherly-preparedness. He emphasizes the importance of fatherly contribution and influence in the home. Throughout this e-book, the author shows fathers that they are vital to home life. Fatherhood can bring great joy into men’s lives and a surprising amount of plain old fun. In addition, Myers details the essential role of fathers, and the very real (and sometimes frustrating) transition into taking an active role in home life.
Raising children isn’t easy and particularly men face challenges as they become more fully-committed to domestic life. “Glad to Be Dad: A Call to Fatherhood” is about the actual lives of fathers, mothers, and families of this day. It explores the demands and the great rewards for these roles. “Glad to Be Dad: A Call to Fatherhood” has made #5 on Amazon’s “Hot New Releases in Fatherhood” list. It was featured on Parents Magazine Online and quoted on Disney’s BabyZone. The e-book won the Ben Franklin Digital Award. It has also made Fupping.com’s “19 Books You Have to Read Before You Die” and “The 18 Books Every Young Man Should Read at Least Once in Their Life.”
