Food and Drinks for Your Valentine

Food and Drinks for Your Valentine

Valentine’s Day doesn’t always have to be about going out on the town.  As a matter of fact, sometimes you can have more fun by staying home.   I used to make my Valentine dinner, then we would sit together and enjoy some wine.  I won’t tell you what we did after that, but it started with feeding each other seductively.  Why am I telling you about all of this?  I want to show you some amazing food and drinks that you and your significant other will love.

Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé

This somewhat dry wine is so beautiful, it will remind you of Valentine’s Day!  It is a mix of red and white wine, so obviously it is pink in color.  It is bubbly, almost like champagne and it would go great with strawberries.  You both can sit by the fireplace (or wherever) and just enjoy each other.  Cheers to you and your sweetie!

GAEA’s Dirty Martini Juice

If your sweetie isn’t into wine, you could take this martini juice and add it to gin (or your favorite alcohol).   Then afterward you can both get “dirty” by showing your love in another way.

Sparkling Ice Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water

The two flavors I received were cherry limeade and pink grapefruit.  They are balanced with sweet (not too sweet) flavor and carbonation, or zest.  There are zero calories, vitamins, and antioxidants in each one.  It really quenches your thirst!

Munk Pack Protein Cookies

These soft-baked cookies would be “sweet” to feed each other.  You don’t even have to worry about them not being healthy, trust me, they are!  They are vegan, gluten-free and have 18G of plant protein per cookie.  They come in yummy flavors such as double dark chocolate, peanut butter chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin spice, and coconut white chip macadamia.

HUROM Juice Jars

This jar holds all kinds of food and drinks.  For example, smoothies, trail mix, or anything else you can think of.  It is the perfect gift for the “on-the-go” Valentine.  It has an air-tight, stainless steel lid to keep everything fresh.

Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer (Alcohol-Free)

The taste of this ginger beer is interesting.  To be honest, it wasn’t my favorite, but it would probably have been better added to another beverage.  If you like ginger, you would enjoy this because each 7-ounce bottle has 100% fresh ginger pieces in it.  It has quite a “ginger bite” to it for sure.

T-fal AirBake Cookie Sheet

This baking sheet is great for making your significant other some baked yumminess.  Baking will be so easy with the Non-stick, Natural Aluminum, or Copper Finish pans.  I’m not that great at baking, but by using these pans your goodies are less likely to burn.  It has an even heating baking surface, which is going to cut down on baking times.  This gives you more time to snuggle with your sweetheart.

Goji Berry Baking Powder

I wasn’t sure if I would like this, but it is actually pretty good.  It has a sweet and sour taste, that is great when sprinkled on top of yogurt.  It is so healthy!  It’s a nutrient-rich superfood that is full of antioxidants.  You will love using an organic, gluten-free, vegan, pretty darn good powder.  It also has vitamin A and C, and lots of iron.  Not only can you use it in yogurt, but you can actually make a juice or tea with it.
