Instant Pot Turkey Gravy
Ingredients
  • 4 cups pan juices strained
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook pan juices on saute mode for 2-3 minutes, allowing to come to a boil.
  2. Mix cornstarch and cold water together in a small bowl until cornstarch has dissolved, and then whisk into the pan juices.
  3. Add salt and pepper, whisk again and then pour into serving bowl or gravy boat.
