Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

  • 3 ½ cups fusilli pasta
  • 4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cooking cream 15%
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a pot with boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. On a non-stick frying pan, cook chicken cubes over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until lightly cooked.
  3. In a casserole dish, place cooked pasta and chicken as the first layer. Evenly pour milk over the pasta and chicken and follow with the cooking cream. Dot with butter.
  4. On top of your chicken layer, add garlic and broccoli. Pour cream of chicken on top. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
