Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

  • 3 ½ cups fusilli pasta
  • 4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cooking cream 15%
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a pot with boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • On a non-stick frying pan, cook chicken cubes over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until lightly cooked.
  • In a casserole dish, place cooked pasta and chicken as the first layer. Evenly pour milk over the pasta and chicken and follow with the cooking cream. Dot with butter.
  • On top of your chicken layer, add garlic and broccoli. Pour cream of chicken on top. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
