We Love Our Pets Books

Itty Bitty Kitty

What child doesnt love to read and now that its summer vacation, they are going to need some new books to read. My niece loves reading our nephew books and these are some really adorable ones. We love getting our books every month from HarperCollins Publishers. They have the best books and we love reading them.

Ava wants a pet, but Mom and Dad say she’s too little. So when she finds a kitty, Ava decides to name him Itty Bitty and keep him a secret. There’s just one tiny problem: Itty Bitty starts growing and growing and growing . . . until he’s neither itty nor bitty! Kids will laugh and cheer along as Ava and Itty Bitty try to keep Mom and Dad from discovering their not-so-little secret!

That’s the thing when we see a cat when we’re young, even as we get older we commonly say “kitty” or come here “itty kitty or even itty bitty kitty. We love reading this to both my son and my nephew.

Who Wants Broccoli?

Another great book is Who Wants Broccoli- Broccoli is a lovable but rambunctious dog who wants to find a home in this fetchingly fun picture book! Broccoli lives at Beezley’s Animal Shelter and loves to show off his bowl-tossing and tail-chasing skills—and especially his great big BARK! He dreams of playing in a yard with a boy. But when a boy named Oscar comes looking for his perfect pet, Broccoli is hidden away. Will Broccoli find his perfect home? We think it’s so cute, the book is about a dog and he is waiting to be adopted. Will he have his for ever home. Great for my nephew hes has two dogs of his own that love him to peices. Why hide this wonderful dog, you have to read this book to find out.

Two Girls Want a Puppy

Based on a true story about two sisters and their creative plan to adopt a puppy.

Cadence and Emi desperately want a puppy. But their dad isn’t quite sure they’re ready for all that responsibility. With a little determination and a brilliant plan, the girls show their dad that they are ready to adopt one. After all, they are super persistent, responsible, smart, and creative! Brought to life by Maple Lam’s charming illustrations, this adorable picture book about two girls who want to adopt a puppy will delight young readers. When I was growing up we always had dogs, when we got older we wanted to adopt a dog and save their lives. We drove all the way to Long Island and went through the whole adopting progress, so many adorable puppy’s but the one who stole my heart was my bear. She was a fluffy black chow mix. This book shows children the responsibility of adopting and we loved it.
