How many women have let themselves go for far too long? I cannot tell you how many weeks I have went without shaving. At some point, enough was enough, I had to shave. If you have let your winter hair build up and need some help handling it, these tips are for you.
Take a bath
I have noticed that winter shaving is much easier when you take a bath. When you have a bunch of hair to get rid of a bath is almost necessary. Trying to stand up and shave is not easy at all.
Grab a good razor
Shaving a ton of hair off of your winter body means that you need a good razor. Please make sure you invest in a good razor. Using a few cheap razors will get your body nowhere. I have noticed that a decent razor makes all of the difference in the winter shaving department.
Invest in Van Der Hagen Shave Butter
One of my favorite tools for winter shaving is using Van Der Hagen Shave Butter. I haven’t used shaving cream in years just because it dried out my skin. Using this shave butter, my skin feels soft, smooth, and moisturized. It didn’t take a lot to get the job done either.
About Shave Butter
Shave creams are a dime a dozen, but you don’t want Van der Hagen’s Shave Butter to slip away. Rich in emollients, our recipe includes natural ingredients like macadamia nut oil, and shea, mango and cocoa butters. Each application will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed. Since Shave Butter does not contain soap, it will not foam like traditional shave creams, foams or gels. Best of all, it consists of over 10% glycerin, naturally soothing your skin and providing a luxurious shaving experience. Say goodbye to skin irritation and razor drag. Shave Butter works well for women’s shaving needs too!
