I was on the internet suffering around for spas and hotels and I found several but nothing too impressive. I am a very stressful person in my daily life. I am stressed and tensed all the time form daily life to problems and just me being me . I was told by a Dr one time I am naturally a stressful person and he could give me meds . Well I went home and thought about it and I really didn’t want to go on meds for my stress I just needed to find ways to relieve my stress and relax hence searching for spas and hotel’s.
I was shocked at how many businesses say they are a spa, but they don’t offer the things I am looking for. I thought all spa business had heated rooms , the relaxation rocks, facials , and etc and they don’t .I was very disappointed , how you can you call yourself a spa if you don’t offer all the spa amenities. I searched from state to state that were close to me and I found a few I liked but the I found The Mont Calm Spa .
Now The Mont Calm Spa is located in London yes ladies I said London which is a little fare for a Spa treatment. Now I know I got your hopes all up as well I did my self when I found it. I was so glad when I found the Spa on the internet but when I realized it was in London I was so sad.
I wanted to visit the Spa for myself, but you know traveling that fare is great for vacation and business trips.
The Mont Calm Spa offers so much it includes Sauna’s,Heated rooms, MonSoon Showers, Stream Rooms, facials there are four different types all different prices,Body and there are 8 of them to choose from and go from 30 minutes to over an hour, Hand and Feet treatment,Waxing and they have a whole list of treatments , Massages , and they also have treatments for men as well.
We all have stress tension and the ability to be able to find a way to release that stress and tension and finding a place like this is a diamond in the rough. I have found a spa that I like but it’s no MontCalm Spa but hey If any of you are going to London for vacation or a business trip I would go tot he Mont Calm Spa and set up a few treatments to find out for yourself how wonderful it is there.
