Smart Flour Foods began as a good deed to a friend. In 2005, Smart Flour Foods, created a blend of ancient grains that were gluten free and formed it into a delicious tasting treat. Gone are the days of food tasting like cardboard since it is gluten-free. Their motto is “We won’t settle for crumbly, tasteless gluten-free foods, and neither should you!” They believe that through making better tasting options of gluten free food, they can raise the bar for other companies that will build a better future for us all.

We are a gluten free family. We try to continue the diet so that it is easier for a couple of us who have a gluten sensitivity. I can honestly say that finding good food is hit or miss. I head over to the whole foods store and search far and wide for things to try. It seems to me that it should not be that hard since I am just looking for a quality product that is gluten free. However, once I buy it and get it home, we are dissapointed so many times. The food has no taste, poor flavors and horrible textures. So, I love to find new foods that fit into our diet. I am thrilled to lend my taste buds for this pizza from Smart Flour.
The pizza is frozen. It has no artificial ingredients and to be honest is a little small for the whole family. I recommend buying two. In my opinion it is about 9 inches round and serves 2.
According to the instructions we put it in the over at 400 degrees for 11-13 minutes. After letting it cool, we got to taste it. It is delicious. The crust is nice and crunchy with just a little bit of chew to it, which is just the way we like it. The sauce is full of flavor.
Our favorite part was the cheese and pepperoni, of course.
Overall, this is by far the best gluten free pizza our family has had. We have tried making our own and a few other brands and this was the tastiest!
