My family had the opportunity to receive meal cards from Buffets Inc — the parent company of Hometown Buffet, Country Buffet, Old Country Buffet, Ryan’s and Fire Mountain — so we could try and enjoy their hearty meals. So we went to the Ryan’s Buffet just a couple of minutes from our house.
Do you like to have a lot of choices when it comes to eating out? I know I love the idea of having a variety of main dishes, sides, desserts, and drinks at my choosing. That is why I love buffets! Many people have misconceptions about all you can eat places. Sure, there are a lot of people who tend to be gluttonous, but restaurants like the Ryan’s Buffet have a variety of foods including a pretty awesome salad bar!
Buffets are great for taking kids to because it allows them the freedom to eat what they want while you don’t have to eat the same thing as them.
When I went up for my plate there were so many great lunch time choices. I strayed a bit from my diet, but I really can say I enjoyed everything I tried. The hot foods were hot, and the cold foods were properly chilled. I LOVE how Ryan’s Buffet now has a Mongolian Stir Fry Station too! A worker will personally warm up your choice of rice, or noodles, and toppings. I noticed the stations were all clean, and the food was continuously replenished. Ryan’s Buffet has a great assortment of drinks for all tastes. They have hot coffee, tea, juice, and sodas.
Their desert buffet is so fantastic, they have everything you can think of..cakes, pies, cookies, pudding, jello and of course ice cream.
I would recommend any of Buffets, Inc Buffets. If your looking for a place to take the whole family, that doesn’t break the bank and has a wide variety of food and dessert, then Ryan’s is the place to go!
