Change Your Kids Eating Habits in 21 Days
Do you have PICKY EATERS? I do but guess what, I might be the worst so maybe this will help me teach my kids better habits. I cook 6 days a week and I try to change it up with meats, veggies and fruits. This program is for the whole family. To be honest this reminded me of a GAME so that made it more interesting to the kids. Kids need something that will be fun when it comes to changing habits. Summer is a great time to establish new habits and get ready for back to school!
- Kids can control their own progress
- Positive choices are rewarded daily
- Kids have same rules as adults
Makes Mealtime Fun:
- Color chart makes the tracking fun
- No logins to remember
- Just like a game
- Kids and Adults can play against either other
We started out by each picking a spot on the scoreboard. We colored our progress sheet daily based on what we ate during the day. My daughter loved that we can earn stickers and win bonuses through out the game. After the 21 days my family did change some bad habits. My daughter did the best at this and at the end she was eating more salads and fruits. I gave up cooking potatoes 3 -4 times a week, we are down to only 2 times a week- because potato is not a veggie so I can’t count that! My husband well he started making his lunch then eating fast food at work. My son tried to cut out soda and drink more water but as food he didn’t change much. I wanted him to try more seafood. We also don’t eat out as much now.
