This fun and easy Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry recipe uses everyday kitchen staples to create a delicious dessert or snack your family will love.

You can easily find all of these ingredients at your local grocery store. All you need is:

  • fresh strawberries
  • white chocolate 
  • milk chocolate chips
  • sprinkles
  • some vegetable oil or coconut oil

QUICK CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by rinsing the strawberries in a colander or strainer.

Lay the clean strawberries out on paper towels and pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel before dipping them into chocolate.

Add milk chocolate to a glass measuring cup or microwave-safe bowl Microwave for 60 seconds.

Using a spoon, stir or poke the chocolate to see if it has started to melt.

Return to the microwave and melt in 30-sec increments, stirring after each time.

Add some vegetable oil or coconut oil, to help thin out the chocolate just a little.

Once your chocolate flows off the spoon, you are ready to dip.

The steps will be pretty much the same. The dark chocolate will be less sweet than the milk chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 8 oz milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries layout on paper towels and pat them dry before starting
  2. Add chocolate to a glass measuring cup or microwave-safe bowl
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds.
  4. Using a spoon, stir or poke the chocolate to see if it has started to melt.
  5. Return to the microwave and melt in 30-sec increments, stirring after each time.
  6. Add ½ tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil, to help thin out the chocolate just a little.
  7. Once your chocolate flows off the spoon you are ready to dip. I
  8. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate coating as much or as little as you’d like.
  9. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  10. Add sprinkles immediately
  11. Allow berries to fully set before serving.

Notes

If using coconut oil you may need to chill the berries after they are dipped to help them set.

Placing the berries in a cupcake liner will help absorb any juice from the strawberries without messing up your presentation.
