Max & Ruby: Sharing & Caring

Max & Ruby: Sharing & Caring

When it comes to movies we are a household that loves them. And having small nieces and nephews any movie that, can hold their attention is good. Max&Ruby does that. It’s a really cute movie and it brings a lot of memory’s , from when I was growing up.

Having a brother or sister isn’t always easy, but Max & Ruby show the importance of working together, and resolving differences in respectful and supportive ways, in the brand new DVD, Max & Ruby: Sharing & Caring. The DVD features 12 “tails,” each with an important lesson that helps preschoolers develop important social skills, including kindness and listening.

The kids loved it and I think it has helped them realize that sharing is the best, they have been doing a lot of sharing since watching the movie. and that is what we try to teach the kids. The show offers an empowering message for children by showing Max and Ruby playing together and resolving their differences in ways that are respectful and supportive.

Thats a great lesson to teach children today, and is important for them to know that it’s the right thing and they learn how having a sibling means you need to share, work together, and support each other all while having fun!

There was 4 of us when I was growing up. 3 girls and only 1 boy. We had to share our toys and everything. Being the baby of the family my older sister, hated sharing her things with me and she would get in trouble all the time. And my brother thought the girls were gross and never wanted to share, but his friends always wanted to involve us girls in all the sports. Thats why we are still good in all sports, its like we had 20 brothers because of all his friends.

Loving that the two of them can sit there and watch a movie and actually stay quite. And doing it together is a big thing for them, they never sit together. Max & Ruby: Sharing & Caring includes the following episodes:

Picture Perfect/ Detective Ruby/ Superbunny Saves the Cake
Max’s Ride/ Max on Guard/ Ruby’s Real Tea Party
The Bunny Who Cried Lobster/ Max and the Three Bears/ Little Ruby Hen
Ruby’s Autograph/ A Toy for Baby Huffington/ Max’s Big Dig
