Cuddling with the scent of lavender lotion, the lights are low and the thunderstorm is raging. Love is definitely in the air…and then you feel something warm and wet dripping down the side of your neck followed by a loud burp. That is when you realize that you fell asleep with your son on your chest and you forgot to burp him. Where has the romance gone? Your husbands downstairs on the couch and you’re in the room with the kids. You cant remember the last time you and your husband have had pillow talk, or just had time to relax with your extremely busy schedules. With bottles, diapers and teething, dance class, soccer and football; your life has become a routine and your children have taken over. We have to spice this up ladies! There are a couple of ways you can put the SPICE back into your marriage. Without the connection between the two of you tensions run high, and tiny situations become world wars.
Tonight after you get the kids to bed and take your shower, put on his favorite lingerie and ask him to fix a light bulb in the bedroom. Make it urgent that he fixes this light bulb immediately. Lie across the bed and when he enters the room seductively say DINNER IS SERVED…. Another way you can spice it up is to create a menu; this menu will have two sections, Appetizer and Main course. We all know our husbands well and we know what they like. The appetizer portion of this menu will consist of his favorite foreplay; the dinner section will consist of his favorite positions. After dinner while he is in front of the TV take the remote out of his hand and hand him the menu; then ask him what will be your desire tonight. No matter what is going on in your current relationship take the time out to adore your husband and he will in turn show his appreciation.
