Julia E. Dean’s Mug #HolidayGiftGuide

For me at night a nice cup of hot cocoa before I go to bed is what i love the most , when I saw  the  Julia E. Dean's mug I knew that was the one for me. Everyone has their own cups and I needed one I have special ones but I don't use them. My kids gave them to me and I don't want to accidentally break them.

Julia E. Dean has been creating quality, stylish, functional, and affordable pottery since 1998.   She uses clay to listen for and record her own story.  She is a girl who has been unearthed:

The mug I picked out for myself was the Rustic Woodland Blue Ceramic Coffee Mug. The cup is so beautiful and I love it, no one can touch it. It is made of natural materials and has been hand rolled with leaves from deciduous trees while it was drying then stained with an oxide wash for the burnished look, and then blue glaze is added to the top, handle, and inside to complete this beautiful look.   You need to see it in person to get the full effect of how beautiful it really is. Each of the mugs are hand stamped, with their own leaf impressions and to fully see this work of art up close you must have one .

Julia E. Dean has a variety of other ceramic ware to choose from.  She crafts bowls, home decor, cream and sugar sets, teapots, serving dishes and other items in ceramic and robin's egg blue and white porcelain.  If you want something made especially for you, just ask Julia, and she will quote you a price.  All of Julia's work comes packed in with recyclable materials.  Her pottery is safe in the microwave, dishwasher and oven .

There are so many pretty pieces and I am thinking about getting some others, they are all so beautiful and worth it . Imagine the cup and getting all kind of questions about where you got it,  And what great Christmas gifts.
