I’m a mom and I have been sick twice already this “winter.” There is something wrong with that, considering winter just started. Moms, we can’t go down with all of the colds our children pick up throughout the year. Check out these health tips for moms!
Wash those hands
Listen, I know we are all busy, but the best thing we can do to stay healthy is to wash those hands. I tell my kids to wash their hands all of the time, but I sometimes forget to do so. When it comes to staying healthy, make sure you wash those hands.
Limit contact when the kids are sick
This sounds horrible. But I try to limit the kisses and touchies whenever my kids are sick. Getting a mouthful of snot while giving your babies a kiss is never a fun thing. I never turn away a hug, but I do get the touch me nots whenever my kids have severe runny noses.
Get the good food in your belly
At this point, your body needs all of the good nourishment it can get! You can keep yourself healthy and the family healthy by eating good things. Get plenty of protein in and don’t forget the fruits and veggies!
During the year, I stock up on Dial hand soap to help keep my family as healthy as possible. Dial has the best soap with collagen and moisturizers. It makes my hands feel soft and not dried out. My kids and I love this soap and have no problem washing our hands with it! I plan to continue to use it this winter and I know we’ll stay that much healthier because of it.
As a mom, I don’t have time to get sick. So washing my hands with Dial is super important!
