Tracy Piper is the founder and owner of The Piper Center for Internal Wellness, and integrated holistic health-care facility in New York City. Tracy is a licensed massage therapist, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbologist, and a certified colon hydrotherapist. in the fall of 2014 she opened The Piper Institute for Internal Fitness in upstate New York.
Are you healthy? I always seem to hope I am healthy. I am constantly drawn to books and articles that will give me more insight on the best way to take care of me and my family. I was interested in reading Ms. Piper’s book since it really dealt with being internally fit. I am a member at a gym and am continually focusing my efforts to become outwardly fit, but that seems easy. I can see my muscles and can fix or push them as I see fit. But what about my insides? I don’t know what they need the most and that was why I was intrigued by The Piper Protocol.
I was drawn into the personal struggle with health issues that Ms. Piper had as a child. She faced many hardships and had a long list of unanswered questions. I loved how her positive attitude continued to motivate her to find the answers she needed to get and feel healthy.
Inside the book is her personal journey and motivation and tips for the reader to feel better as well. She focus’ on eating whole and raw fruits in vegetables in smoothies. I loved all of the recipes she recommends in the middle section. They were easy to follow and really gave me a variety of ingredients to choose from. She recommends eating a smoothie a day. Each of her simple steps at the end of the chapters build on one another to create a simple to follow plan to feeling better. I was pleased to see that I do already follow a few of her suggestions and when added to others I have a plan that is already getting me to that healthy feeling.
Overall it is heartwarming to see how Ms. Piper is helping people. With simple methods and straightforward answers to the questions we all have, The Piper Protocol will get you started on the path to feeling healthier.
