A Transparent TV

This one really does look like the future. It was only a few years ago that TVs were huge, bulky boxes. Remember how heavy they were to move? Those ugly antennas on the top were awful! We’ve come along way since then with flat screen TVs and Plasma screens. However, we’re about to move into a new age. The transparent TV. When turned off, it’s completely see-through. It’s as thin as a sheet of glass and will sit stylishly in the corner. Then you turn it on and it’s like a hologram! There are no edges, it’s quite amazing.

IQ Alarm Clock

It’s always the same. You go to bed with the best intentions. “Tomorrow, I won’t hit the snooze button, I’ll get straight out of bed!” you say to yourself. (It’s proven that getting up as soon as your alarm goes off makes you more productive and successful). Then the morning comes and for some reason your bed is comfier than it’s ever been. Just one snooze won’t hurt, right? That’s where the IQ alarm clock comes in. You can’t stop it until you answer a question to prove that you’re awake. By the time you answer, you’ll be awake and won’t feel like snoozing. You’ll hate it in the morning, love it in the evening.

Changeable Walls

Painted walls are so boring. You need a wall that you can change depending on how you feel. A Change It! Wall comes with a bunch of changeable squares. They’re each made of a colourful fabric so you can alternate the colour or pattern of your walls with ease. A Miranda wall could be even better. It’s made of a certain material that lets your draw on with your finger. As you do, the fabric changes direction to create the image you want. It looks more stylish than it sounds.

An Outdoor TV

Yes, another TV. The television is often the homeowner’s gadget of choice, and this one isn’t too expensive either. You can install a TV in your garden and watch your favourite films under the stars. You’ll need an outdoor TV case from The TV Shield to keep it safe from rain and wind. Probably best to keep it covered too. This little novelty will always be fun for the family.

There you have it. A few small ideas to bring the future into your house. Gadgets should improve your life and make things a little simpler. There are hundreds out there so go find the right ones for you!
