My number one BAD HABIT is eating at night-time all the bad food I can. I love chips, chocolate, and candy and I pay for it in the morning. I need to eat healthier at night but that is no fun, right. I actually was craving one of these bars the other night but didn’t have any more, I had to choose something else and let me tell you it wasn’t very healthy.
To be honest they look like a granola bar but are a bit more chewier than other bars. The taste was fine and I liked the Cookie and Dreams better. The Midnight Chocolate Crunch was good but to chocolaty for me. Either one will help with night-time cravings plus help you sleep better so I see that as win win situation. I did try one in the afternoon and fell asleep for about 20 minutes- it just relaxed my body. So be careful- don’t indulge until you want to sleep.
