I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m obsessed with coffee and tea. I’m not sure if it’s the comfort of holding a hot beverage in my hand or the actual caffeine burst it provides me, but regardless, I drink it quite often.

It wasn’t long before I noticed the effects it had on my teeth, and began to grow self-conscious. Determined, I resorted to my best friend Google and searched up the quickest way to bleach my teeth at home. There were so many different methods to experiment with. I found the most useful (and easiest—I’m lazy) recipe to be baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. I put a tablespoon of baking powder in a Dixie cup, and then a reasonable amount of hydrogen peroxide in to form a thick paste. After that, I put toothpaste on my toothbrush, mixed all of the ingredients together in the Dixie cup, and began brushing my teeth.

DO NOT SWALLOW THE PASTE. Hydrogen peroxide is not good for you. It can make you really sick, and in some cases kill you if enough is consumed. Just brush your teeth as you regularly do, rinse it out with warm water, and voila: white teeth! Some people dip their toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide every morning before they brush their teeth, so this method is really effective as long as it is done responsibly.

Another piece of advice is to not use this paste everyday. Once or twice a week is enough; if you do it any more than that you can strip your teeth of the enamel. I hope you guys enjoy this method. Be safe while using this quick, easy paste for whitening your teeth.
