DIY Hand Lettering by Melissa Averinos and Asharae Kroll

I really like the pages that show how to add a little flair with lines and swirls because sometimes initials or a short phrase or quote just isn't quite right on it's own. That little added extra can make a blah project really come to life. My daughters both like journals and sketchbooks. I see really pretty leather bound ones at craft and hobby stores all the time. Now I can select any of these and personalize them any way I choose to and know that they will be thrilled with them!

Have you tried handlettering items before? What's your favorite item to personalize?
