Our house is filled with ARTISTS and so that means a lot of projects. I also have several furniture pieces that I want to revamp and PAINTING them is what I want to do. I have an old table I want to use in our reading room to do crafts or just put books on it, so we decided to paint it with DixieBelle Paints. My daughter wanted to do a design on it, so we put duck tape on the table for the design and did a couple of coats and DONE! Super easy paint to use- real smooth and easy to paint on furniture. We also put some glaze on it too.

Working part-time at a vintage store in Florida while painting and selling furniture, entrepreneur Suzanne Fulford came up with the idea for DixieBelle Paint Company. Customers would repeatedly come in and ask if the store sold a chalk-like paint. After finding out how expensive it would be to carry that type of paint, Fulford saw her opportunity. She started experimenting, and after a lot of trial and error she came up with a chalky paint recipe that she felt confident to use on her furniture.
