We all know that staying hydrated is part of living. We also know that we are supposed to drink approximately eight cups of water a day. Depending on your child’s age, and the humidity, our kids should be drinking five to eleven cups of water each day. That’s a lot of water. With all the sugary sports drinks and such on the market, it’s often hard to get some kids to drink “just” water. Not to mention, a lot of these other drinks have character shaped bottles, so they appeal visually to children, more than just a bottle of water. That’s where AquaBall™ comes in. They make hydration fun.
For starters, it isn’t “just” water. It’s naturally flavored water. It’s sweetened with Stevia instead of sugar. No sugar is a huge plus for me. Sugar makes Liam so much more hyper. Stevia is also great for diabetics, so even if you don’t have children, you can enjoy flavored water and not affect your blood sugar. AquaBall™ is a good source of Vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12 and C. No calories, and no artificial colors or flavors.
AquaBall™ comes in four flavors, and each flavor has a different line of kids favorite characters. Berry Frost has different Frozen characters on each bottle. (We got Olaf and Liam was stoked!) Fruit Punch has four of the Disney Princesses. The Grape AquaBalls have the Avengers on them. (I’d like them all Santa!) Lastly, the orange flavor has Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy.
So how does it taste? Liam tried Olaf first, which was Berry Frost. He really liked it. My hubby is a huge berry drink fan, so he tried some too, and enjoyed it as well. I tried the orange. I liked it a lot and would definitely drink it again.
