Today I want to tell you about Armadillo LT™ Gaiters by Hillsound®. They’re perfect for those that work or play outside, or even both! Read on to learn more.
What are Gaiters?
Simply put, they are designed to slide over your boot or shoe, and will protect your pant legs. They are designed to keep dirt, mud, water, and snow out of your boots, and off of your pant legs. If you work on a farm, they’ll keep manure out of your boots too!
The Armadillo LT™ Gaiter is waterproof and breathable, so you won’t get wet from water or sweat! The upper is made of Flexia three layer fabric. It’s lightweight and has a nice contour fit. It’s stretchy so it won’t pinch your legs, or fall down either. The lower part of the Gaiter is made of 1000 denier, high density nylon. This will protect your legs from all conditions. Like all Hillsound® Gaiters, the Armadillo LT’s have a YKK waterproof zipper, to make it easier to take your Gaiters on and off.
The Gaiters are perfect for….
As you can see, the Gaiters are perfect for hiking, winter hiking or sports, those who work outside in the elements, and more. They’re waterproof yet breathable, stretchy and comfortable, have zipper access, and a replaceable under boot strap. Perfect for men and women, and come in sizes ranging from XS, S, M, L, and XL.

What did we think?
I gave the Armadillo LT Gaiters to my eldest son. He works as a logger for his main job, and helps out on his grandparents farm as his second job. So obviously, he’s out in the elements every day. He loves his Gaiters. He wears them daily, which means they must be easy on and off, because if they weren’t, he probably wouldn’t wear them. Branden told me that they do in fact keep “crap” from getting into his boots, and also keep his lower pant legs clean. He even told me that now his uncle wants a pair, because he told him how much he likes them.
