The first day worked out the entire body yet the second day jumped down to the core only. On average, the workouts are about thirty minutes. And believe me I felt it the next day, but that is from using the muscles I have never used before now. Before starting, you do have to weigh yourself, perform various exercises, and take note of your measurements. You do this again two times later during the program to see how much progress you have made. And if your like me the dreaded weighing is enough to make you quit.
The DVD’s will really work all of your muscle groups. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective the workouts were. And taking this at your pace is the key, do not try to do a lot in one day because then you would not want to do any more. Fe Fit workout series comes with a 90 day calendar to track your workouts each day. It also comes with stickers you can place on the calendar each day you’ve workout.
The DVD’s are great because, they cover options to modify just about every program. Therefore, no matter what your fitness level, it can easily be modified to suit your needs. The videos are pretty straight forward and easy to follow. They are not super high energy, major production videos, but set in a more relaxed and comfortable setting
Fe Fit founders have created something really unique and put lots of thought into their product–down to the last detail. Every workout has a nice flow and the instructor is super motivating. Love doing this and the results are so amazing, my sister, myself and my daughter are all loving working out to this, amazing results.
