Tucked inside the Boardwalk Inn, the Sea Island Grill is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner inside, alfresco on the terrace or pool deck or at a new private poolside cabana. Guests can relax and unwind while the Resort’s poolside attendants cater to their every need, offering a variety of new creative cocktails such as the Organic Basil Cooler, Smoke and Spice Margarita with serrano-infused Mezcal or Mojito with macerated blueberries.  Poolside loungers can indulge in a number of new mouthwatering bites such as Smoked Salmon Sliders with benne seed mayo, Charleston Blue Crab Dip and Pimento Cheese with kettle-cooked pork rinds.

 

Offering convenient, buffet-style selections, The Lettered Olive Restaurant & Lounge located on the Village Plaza is pleased to announce its new daily dinner buffet offerings ranging from a Southern-inspired supper of fried chicken with all the fixin’s to a chef-carved prime rib dinner to a seafood feast of salmon, clams, mussels, fried cod, peel & eat shrimp and homemade crab cakes. For only $20 per person Sunday-Thursday and $30 per person Friday-Saturday, The Lettered Olive dinner buffet comes complete with choice from fresh salads, soups, breads, non-alcoholic beverages and desserts. Children ages 4-11 are also treated to a number of kid-friendly options such as chicken fingers, mac & cheese and fresh fruit for only $10 each. Those seeking a quick meal can head to The Lettered Olive Bar for a selection of superb offerings such as The Lettered Olive Burger with firefly peach caramelized onions andsmoked peppered bacon, In-House Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders and Homemade Parmesan & Truffle Oil Chips.

The perfect pit stop for a slushy tropical drink, frosty beer, casual cuisine and refreshing ocean breeze, the Grand Pavilion Bar & Grill is yet another resort dining option. Golfers can cheers to a well-played round with the Resort’s new 19th Hole menu, offering the Southern Cooler with Flor de Cana rum and white peach puree and the Back Bay Bloody Mary with vine-ripened tomato puree.
