I am a busy Mom and Nana plus work two jobs and check on my elderly parents every day. Sometimes I find it hard to keep going and I need a quick pick me up. pureLYFT tastes great in water, juice, and cocktails. No limit to the possibilities. It also almost flavorless in water. I personally CAN taste a flavor, but I don’t find it unpleasant. It will change in flavor to start to turn bitter if it sits for a longer period of time, so simply stir it up again if left temporarily unattended. I have experienced NO side effects when immediately consuming or after (no jitters, crashes or weekend caffeine withdrawal headaches). pureLYFT Energy Sticks are a novel way to deliver a caffeine boost. While the advertisement claims that each stick contains 120 mg of caffeine ( 30 mg less than a tall Caffe Americano at Starbucks or 95 mg less than a small Dunkin Donuts brewed coffee), I don’t feel as jittery with the pureLYFT as I do from Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. This might be due to the difference in the caffeine source ( pureLYFT caffeine comes from a green coffee beans along with some added vitamin. For people who don’t like the taste of a cup of coffee or who want to avoid energy drinks or who want the convenience of not having to carry around a container of coffee, pureLYFT is a good alternative with a pleasant if not nearly undetectable Stevia after-taste.
