Piccadilly is a road in London that runs from Hyde Park Corner to Piccadilly Circus on the east end of town. Piccadilly is the straightest running road that runs through London. On Piccadilly road you can stop and visit the major landmarks that they have  and they include Fortnum and Mason, Royal Academy .Ritz Hotel, Embassy of Japan  just to name a few. Then there is Piccadilly Circus. Now I am going to give you some information on Picadilly St.

Piccadilly was once called Portugal St  in the 17th century. A man who made a fortune for himself by selling Picadilly’s. He soon bought some land which is Piccadilly now and he had a mansion called Piccadilly mansion. It has become one of the London’s most famous streets for shopping restaurants it even has several different hotels such as the Ritz.

Piccadilly is one of the most important routes in transportation it connects ll the major stops , Westway, Hammersmith, Earl’s Court also  Heathrow Airport it actually goes outside the area too. You can pick up a bus route at the station.

The Piccadilly Circus  isn’t the link of circus you were thinking of. It is a junction the shops and also to the theaters and cheap hotels in Piccadilly. Piccadilly know as the circus because of all the neon lighting and all the bustling of all the people who come to shop and to go on vacation . There are shops , monuments and many other things that you can do at Piccadilly Circus.

I know if I was going to London I would be heading down Piccadilly St to visit all these awesome places monuments and Landmarks. Knowing some about where you are going can make it a little easier for a family going on vacation to get around and know some of the Major monuments and stops can also help and make it a lot easier.

As you can see form the above photos that it is a very busy place and draws a tone of people every day. I am putting this on my to do  list for when I get to go to London to make sure I drive down this wonderful road and see all these great shops . I would love to be able to go here and take pictures of my own and get the true feeling for this place and what it is like and how the food tasted .

I have always had a fascination with the culture of the people and how different they are but except each other with no judgement . I bet you see a lot of this being on Piccadilly line and in the junction and would feel right at home and welcomed.
