Basically, there’s a break-though piece of equipment arriving in the work out world that you need to know about. Also known as Smart Bells, these weights are uniquely shaped to be more aerodynamic to help tone and stretch your body. Exercises are seemingly effortless with a smoother feeling, while providing a sweat-dripping, killer workout for your entire body. If you want Michelle Obama arms, you can also specifically target areas such as your shoulders, back, and arms.
Smart Bells allow for a two-handed group so you have more control over your body. They’re also curved for when you’re doing core workouts. It also comes in a bunch of fun colors: red, pink, yellow, green, purple, grey, orange, and blue. The red bell weighs 4.6lbs and every other color weighs 1.5lbs.
It’s a really different type of weight that allows for all sorts of different movements. You can place one at your heels while lying on your back, and move your legs back and forth to target your core. You can hold one weight in each hand, and simply swing your arms slowly back and forth to tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. You can stretch with them, and tone with them. It’s all really simple, convenient, and effective.
