Are you looking for ways to give this holiday season? For some reason, when the season hits, I am all about giving. The only trouble is that sometimes you do not know how to give! I wanted to share some tips for giving this holiday season.
Give what you heart desires
The awesome thing about this season is that you can give what you want. There is no right or wrong. The best part of this time of year is that you can give what your heart desires.
Team up with other people
Giving can be hard when you are on your own. Try teaming up with others to give this holiday season. You can give a lot more when you team up with others. There have been several instances where I’ve teamed up with others to help give even more.
Look for opportunities to give
I must tell you that you may not always know when to give, but just look for them. There have been times in which I looked for ways to give, but didn’t find them. Keep looking and an opportunity will present itself.
Give to a charity you cherish
This year, I received a necklace from forblank.com! I wanted to share what they do and why companies like this are changing the way we can all give back. Check out this Engraved Necklace with the Project Name!
Each pendant will be hand-stamped with the project number on one side, and the location on the other. The pendant pictured has the current project number and location- Check out the “Home” Page for details and info on the organization we are partnering with for this project! Each cement bag pendant is silver-plated and comes with a silver-filled necklace chain.
About For Blank
By teaming up with organizations already involved in building projects world-wide, For Blank extends a way for people to purchase products that will help fund a home for a family in need, and still know the lives they have touched. The idea behind “For Blank” is to bridge the gap behind anonymous donations to anonymous recipients, and be able to fill that “blank” with names and faces. I hope you will join us in our efforts to drastically change the way we see the world-wide housing problem, and new ways to get involved!
